From US 29 Take exit 501N(Business) Buena Vista Exit Follow Bus 501N (Langhorne Rd) approximately 4 1/2 miles. Turn Right at the light on Tate Springs Road. Our Office is located at 2019 Tate Springs Road on the left between Centra Health Presurgery Center and Tate Springs Professional Building. From 460 Take Exit 501N Business (Campbell Ave Exit) Follow 501N (Business) Langhorne Road approximately 5 1/2 miles. At the light, take a right onto Tate Springs. Our Office is located at 2019 Tate Springs Road on left between the Centra Health Presurgery Center and the Tate Springs Professional Building.
